Initial Medical Qi Gong Session-Distance

Service Description

Please Select this option if this is your first Medical Qi Gong Session with me. At your scheduled appointment time I will call you on the phone. Phone appointments allow clients to relax more (so there's no anxiety about being observed during your appointment). Please note that for distance sessions it is important that you are in a safe, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. Clients often use their bedrooms, couches or yoga mats where they may lay as flat as is comfortable. Qi easily moves through distance and fabric so feel free to get cozy with a blanket and pillow. Your comfort, safety and space where you won't be disturbed are keys to a relaxing session. We will go over your health and wellness goals and what you hope to get from Medical Qi Gong Sessions. I will provide the Medical Qi Gong treatment. After the session is complete, we will go over any questions you may have and provide Qi Gong Prescription exercises or meditations specific to your goals to help you continue your healing journey between sessions. The work we do at Ailm Space grows with each treatment session. Please allow for 6 weeks (1-2 sessions/wk) to see the best results.
